Rec-Tech Outdoor Solutions is a small, family owned business that is seeking the right candidate to join our team. We sell & repair outdoor equipment such as lawnmowers and snowplows.

- Ability to clearly communicate to customer about diagnostics/repairs

- Snowplow repair/install experience a plus

Book keeper/Office Manager
We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills with a background in bookkeeping. Candidates should be able to assist management and customers by handling office tasks, providing excellent customer service via phone, mail, and e-mail.
Bookkeeping requirements include:
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- General ledger with journal entries preparation
- Bank reconciliation and credit card statement reconciliation
- Payroll Reporting
- Sales Tax Reporting
Office Manager/HR:
- Perform general office duties such as handling incoming/outgoing mail, answer phone calls, supplies ordering.
- Perform new hire procedures & reporting
- Assist with advertising campaigns
- Assist in inventory control if needed
Education and Experience:
- 1 year of progressive bookkeeping and administrative experience
- 1 year of Quickbooks experience
- Floorplan experience a plus, not necessary
*Salary will be based on experience
