Rec-Tech Outdoor Solutions is a small, family owned business that is seeking the right candidate to join our team. We sell & repair outdoor equipment such as lawnmowers and snowplows.

Book keeper/Office Manager

We are looking for a multi-tasker with excellent communication skills with a background in bookkeeping. Candidates should be able to assist management and customers by handling office tasks, providing excellent customer service via phone, mail, and e-mail.

Bookkeeping requirements include:

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • General ledger with journal entries preparation
  • Bank reconciliation and credit card statement reconciliation
  • Payroll Reporting
  • Sales Tax Reporting

Office Manager/HR:

  • Perform general office duties such as handling incoming/outgoing mail, answer phone calls, supplies ordering.
  • Perform new hire procedures & reporting
  • Assist with advertising campaigns
  • Assist in inventory control if needed

Education and Experience:

  • 1 year of progressive bookkeeping and administrative experience
  • 1 year of Quickbooks experience
  • Floorplan experience a plus, not necessary
